On October 24, 2023, Happy Fishing Group held a compliance management system construction mobilization meeting and special training meeting in the 42nd floor multi-function hall of the headquarters. Members of the leadership team of Happy Fishing Group, all functional departments and subordinate regional companies participated in this meeting. The meeting was presided over by Du Xun, vice president of the Group.

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Three-year Action Plan for Promoting High-quality Compliance Management of Municipal State-owned Enterprises" of Shenzhen Municipal SASAC, we will promote the compliance system construction of the Group to start with high standards, advance with strict requirements, and operate with high quality, achieve the deep integration of compliance management and operation management, and further improve the Group's level of governance of enterprises according to law, compliance operation and standardized management. Provide strong support for the group's high-quality development, and put forward two requirements for the Group's compliance management:

It is necessary to broaden the international perspective and enhance the realm, accurately grasp the rich connotation and practical requirements of compliance management, and deeply understand the importance, necessity and urgency of the construction of compliance management system.

The second is to highlight the core key to ensure the solid progress of the construction of compliance management system. According to the road map, schedule and task book of the Group's compliance management system construction, the Group should adhere to the "one blueprint", establish a "chess game", embed the compliance concept into the group's corporate culture soil, bear fruitful results, and create a "compliance escort" compliance culture brand with Happy Fishing characteristics. After the mobilization meeting, Yan Juntao, lawyer of Beijing Zhonglun (Shenzhen) Law Firm, gave a special lecture entitled "Reshaping Corporate Value: Promoting Sustainable Development of Enterprises through Compliance Management System". In close combination with the actual compliance management of state-owned enterprises, Mr. Yan explained the compliance concept, value and the construction of compliance management system in a simple way, providing reference and guidance for Happy Fishing Group to carry out the construction and operation of compliance management system in the future.
