According to the time agreed in the subscription, you need to handle the room payment (or down payment) delivery and other procedures.

Note: The payment method can be bank transfer, EPS self-service payment and credit card. To ensure security, cash is not recommended.

Within 3 working days after the first payment, you need to prepare the documents to apply for mortgage to the bank, and sign the bank mortgage contract under the guidance of the bank staff.

1, if you choose bank mortgage payment, you must meet the following conditions:

At least 18 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan);

The sum of age and mortgage term shall not exceed 60 for men and 55 for women (the specific matter shall be subject to the confirmation of the relevant bank);
